After Passing the Georgia Motorcycle Permit Test
Once you pass your Georgia motorcycle written test, you’ll receive your Learner’s Permit (Class MP). Here’s what you can do with it:
- Ride during daylight hours.
- Gain real-world experience on roads without highways or interstates.
- Practice for the skills test required for your full Class M motorcycle license.
Ensure to follow all learner’s permit restrictions to comply with Georgia state law. You must hold your permit for at least 12 months before applying for your full Class M license. During this time, continue practicing and honing your skills on the road.
